- An alert did not fire, or a calendar is not updating. Please tell us whether it is an
iPhone or Android, and which calendar app. Those two facts decide which part of the chain
is at fault; without them it takes several emails to find out.
- A copy of your data, or a request to delete it.
- Any privacy question.
- Something missing, or something that was hard to use. We especially want these.
