Turnabee lets you schedule things and delivers them to the calendar the other person already uses. The people you schedule for need no account and install nothing.
The titles and notes you write appear, as written, on the calendars of the people you choose. Please do not put in:
You also need a reasonable basis for adding someone to a group. Turnabee does not obtain their consent on your behalf.
Please read this part properly, because it is the central limitation of the product:
Whether an alert actually fires is not in our hands. Once a task reaches someone's calendar, whether and when it notifies them depends on Apple, Google, or whichever calendar app they use, and on the settings on their device. We do everything we can to get it right — including a test alert so they can confirm it on the spot — but we cannot guarantee every alert will fire.
So: do not make Turnabee your only safeguard. For anything involving safety, legal deadlines, or things that genuinely cannot be missed, keep a second line of defence.
We also do not promise the service will never be interrupted or never have bugs.
Turnabee is free today. There may be paid plans later. If we start charging we will say so in advance, and we will not charge you without your agreement.
Confirming that reminders actually work will never be a paid feature. That is not an upgrade; it is the minimum for the product to be usable at all.
You can delete your account at any time, and it is then gone. If someone uses Turnabee for the things listed above, we may disable that account.
