Turnabee

Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 October 2026

The English version of this document is the governing version; translations are provided for convenience only, and if a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.

Written in plain language, because terms nobody can read are terms nobody has agreed to.

Who you are contracting with

Turnabee is operated by LI KUEI CHEN, an individual sole trader based in Taiwan (Republic of China). By using Turnabee you enter into an agreement with that person. You can write to hello@turnabee.com about anything.

Payments do not go to us directly. Checkout and billing are handled by Sold through Link, LLC (formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC) as Merchant of Record: their name appears on your receipt and invoice, and they register and remit sales tax in each country.

What Turnabee is

Turnabee lets you schedule things and delivers them to the calendar the other person already uses. The people you schedule for need no account and install nothing.

You are responsible for what you put in

The titles and notes you write appear, as written, on the calendars of the people you choose. Please do not put in:

You also need a reasonable basis for adding someone to a group. Turnabee does not obtain their consent on your behalf.

What we cannot promise

Please read this part properly, because it is the central limitation of the product:

Whether an alert actually fires is not in our hands. Once a task reaches someone's calendar, whether and when it notifies them depends on Apple, Google, or whichever calendar app they use, and on the settings on their device. We do everything we can to get it right — including a test alert so they can confirm it on the spot — but we cannot guarantee every alert will fire.

So: do not make Turnabee your only safeguard. For anything involving safety, legal deadlines, or things that genuinely cannot be missed, keep a second line of defence.

We also do not promise the service will never be interrupted or never have bugs.

Cost and subscriptions

The free plan is free forever. It is not a trial and it does not expire.

Confirming that reminders actually work will never be a paid feature. That is not an upgrade; it is the minimum for the product to be usable at all.

Prices are in US dollars and may not include tax where you live. The exact amount you will be charged is shown before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly plans every month, yearly plans every year — until you cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, without writing to us and without giving a reason. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. The period already paid for is not refunded pro rata.

Your statement will not say Turnabee. Payments are processed by Sold through Link, LLC (formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC), who is the legal seller of the transaction, so their name is what appears on your card statement and on your receipt.

If you are not sure whether a charge is your Turnabee subscription, check the receipt Sold through Link, LLC (formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC) sent you, or write to us and we will confirm it for you. If you are still not satisfied after that, follow your bank's or payment provider's own process.

Price changes. If we change a price we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.

Refunds

As a rule payments are not refundable, but within 14 days of your first purchase, if you have a reasonable ground, write to us and we will handle it case by case. These we always refund:

They are spelled out because "we will handle it case by case" on its own promises nothing.

Automatic renewals are not covered by that 14-day window. But if you forgot to cancel and have barely used the new period, write to us and we will sort it out.

If we see a repeated buy-refund-buy-refund pattern, we will decline further refund requests.

After a refund the subscription ends immediately and the account returns to the free plan. Your data is not deleted.

That is what we promise of our own accord. It does not reduce any right the law gives you — where consumer protection law or the payment platform's own policy gives you more, the higher level applies.

When a plan ends or is downgraded

Spelling this out, because "what happens to my things when I stop paying" is the part that worries people most:

Advertising

The free plan may, in future, show a small number of ads on your own management pages. Paid plans carry no ads.

The people you schedule for never see ads, on any plan. Specifically, we do not put third-party ads in:

The reason: in those places they are dealing with something someone else asked of them, not browsing our website. They are not even our users — they never signed up and never agreed to anything. Putting ads there would be taking advantage of them.

Ads only offset the cost of the free plan; they are not Turnabee's main source of revenue.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time, and it is then gone. If someone uses Turnabee for the things listed above, we may disable that account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China).
